Setting Up PayPal
To set up PayPal for managing payouts, follow these steps:
- Log in to your PayPal account and navigate to the PayPal Developer Dashboard.
- Click on "My Apps & Credentials" in the Dashboard menu.
- Under the "REST API apps" section, click "Create App".
- Enter an App Name and select the sandbox or live environment.
- Click "Create App" to generate your API credentials, including Client ID and Secret.

Organizers request payouts on our platform. We hold the funds until a payout is requested. Once a payout request is initiated, we review it within 24 to 72 hours. After approval, we transfer the funds, minus our fees, to the organizers' respective payment provider (PayPal or Stripe). This ensures a secure and efficient payout process, providing organizers with timely access to their funds.
Organizers manage their refunds and other financial aspects via their respective payment providers. They can also ensure taxes are added for each product to ensure compliance with taxes, VAT, etc., through their respective platform. This allows organizers to manage their business efficiently without being bogged down, adding significant value to their operations.
